Normal shipping terms

We have a premium shipping service with delivery to your door fulfilled by The Courier Guy, our shipping partner. Local shipments to main centers are delivered to your door within 3-5 working days. Towns outside of main centers may take slightly longer depending on how remote the area is. Tracking numbers are provided for real-time online tracking for shipments with The Courier Guy. Orders of a high value may be shipped with a private courier at no additional cost. 

 

We offer 2 types of shipping: 

 

1) Insured shipping

2) Uninsured shipping

 

In the event that your product/s is/are damaged during shipping and you have opted for the uninsured shipping option, we will not be held responsible for the damage and the product/s will not be replaced.
