Kindly note that we do not offer any refunds.
We will only consider returns if your product/s have been damaged during shipping and you have opted and paid for insured shipping. We will not honour any returns that are lodged 48 hours or more after the time of delivery.
To lodge a claim within 48 hours of delivery, kindly do the following:
1) Send us an email on email@example.com outlining the damages that were incurred. Include clear images outlining the damages incurred to the product/s as well as images of the original packaging.
2) Following the above, if your product has been preliminarily assessed as having been damaged, we will liase with you via email to arrange the return of the damaged product/s. Note that you will be required to also return the original packaging as this will be needed by our insurers.
3) A replacement of the exact product/s that were damaged will be dispatched to you. Our insurers will retain the damaged product.
*Under no circumstance will a cash/voucher refund be issued for damaged products.
Masterclass Series products do not qualify for a refund.
